If you are a physician practice and need advice on setting up coding in your office,
or require an audit service to ensure that you are coding accurately, we can help you.
Our AAPC certified coder can do an onsite visit, or we can do spot audits of your
charts. The cost for this service is $40.00 per hour, either onsite or at our
facility. If you require a site visit, there will be additional charges for travel
expenses and accommodations.
Hospitals
We can provide coding services for a flat rate of $40.00 per hour, or we can charge
per chart. Outpatient charts can be coded for $6.50 per visit. For inpatient charts,
we charge $30.00 per chart for combined ICD-9 and CPT coding, or we do just CPT
coding for $20.00 per chart. ICD-9 coding can be done for $15.00 per chart.
